When Do You Ship?

  ​•  Your item will be professionally processed and dispatched within 48 hours* of order confirmation.

When can I expect my order to arrive??

  • Delivery time within Kolkata (approx 2-3 working days from the day of dispatch**).
  • Delivery time to other areas of West Bengal (Approximately 2 - 5 working days from the date of dispatch**).
  • Delivery time to metro cities (Approximately 4 - 5 working days from the day of dispatch**).
  • Rest is delivered to India (Approximately 5 - 7 working days from the day of dispatch**).

 Which courier service will deliver my order?

 ​•  you will get the product of ordering it through FedEx, Delhivery, Ekart, Ecom Express, Bluedart, DTDC, Expressbees etc.

What is the process to track my order? 

•  Once your order has been packaged and is ready for shipping, you will receive a notification through email, WhatsApp, or SMS containing a tracking number. Kindly allow 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated ***.


Are there any shipping fees applicable to my order?

  ​•  For orders with a cart value below 499, a nominal delivery charge of 49 will be applied. Orders exceeding 499 enjoy complimentary pan-India delivery for free.

Is cash on delivery (COD) an option?

  ​•  At the moment, we do not offer cash on delivery services.

 * Please note shipping may be delayed in the event of national holidays or unforeseen weather circumstances.

** Kindly note that orders may occasionally experience delays past the estimated delivery date due to issues with our courier partner, but this is an exception rather than the rule.
