Return & Replacement Policy 

Every item at Dodis is thoughtfully created just for you, making each product truly unique. We are committed to maintaining high quality standards, giving you the confidence that you will be pleased with your purchase. Nevertheless, if you find it necessary to cancel, return, or seek a refund for your product, please adhere to the following guidelines.


1. Cancellation : 

  ​•  Once your order is placed, you have a window of 5 hours to cancel it. To do so, please contact our customer support team at dodisindia@gmail.com or reach out to us via WhatsApp at 9062322442

  ​•  If more than 5 hours have passed and you still wish to cancel your order, you may do so before it ships by paying a nominal cancellation fee of 50 rupees. This fee covers the handling of the product for shipping and compensates our staff.

  ​•  Please note that once the tracking ID is generated and the product is in the hands of our courier partner, we are unable to accommodate any cancellation requests.

  ​•  Unfortunately, cancellations for customized items are not allowed as they are tailored specifically to your specifications.


2. Return : You can return any order within 7 days after it has been delivered.

Returns will not be considered valid and will be rejected under the following specific circumstances :

  • Wrong Item Selected : You have ordered an item by mistake.
  • Change of Mind : You no longer want the item.
  • Unable to Received : You are unable to accept the delivery.
  • Size Issue : The item is larger or smaller than expected.
  • Colour Preferencec : You want a different colour than what you initially chose.
  • Dislike : You don’t like the item, even though it’s undamaged.
  • Quality : in case you don't like the quality or meterial of the product.
  • Incorrect Address : You provided an incorrect shipping address or have moved.
  • No Longer Needed : You no longer require the item.
  • Late Request : Return requests made after 7days of delivery.
  • Customised Item : Any customized items are not allowed for return as they are tailored specifically to your specifications.

3. Replacement : Replacement can be done for any order within 7 days after it has been delivered.

3.1We consider a free one time replacement requests under the following circumstances :

  • Damaged Product or Tampered Packaging : ​If you find that the product has arrived in poor condition or if the packaging appears to be damaged or altered, we kindly request that you do not accept the delivery and return the package to the courier.​ 
  • Don't worry if you've already accepted the package! You can still qualify for a conditional exchange for any items that were delivered in a damaged state.
    • Incorrect print or design: The print/design does not match what you selected.
    • Product color mismatch: If the wrong color is sent to you without your approval.  
    • Damaged item: The product is received with defects, including breakage, chips, dents, stains, or tears.

3.2If your item doesn't meet the specified conditions, you are eligible for a one-time replacement by paying reverse shipping charge depending upon your pin code (or you can return it using your own shipping method).

    • Wrong Item Selected : You have ordered an item by mistake. ( Double-check that you've chosen the right option)
    • Size Issue : The item is larger or smaller than expected. (Make sure to check the sizing guide in the product description)
    • Colour Preferencec : You want a different colour than what you initially chose.  (Be sure to choose the correct color)
    • Wrong fabric: If the product you receive is made of a different fabric than the one selected. (Ensure you select the correct one)

3.3 Replacement is not available for customized items as they are specially made for you.


4. Conditions for Replacement :  The product must meet these conditions to qualify for a replacement.

    • Tags & Labels: All tags and labels should remain intact. 
    • Unused Condition: The item should be in its original, unworn, and unwashed state. 
    • No Stains or Tears: Items with stains or tears are not eligible for replacement.
    • Freebies: If freebies are included with the product, they should be unused and returned along with the package.
    • Original box: Ensure the original box and packing materials are included when returning your item.  

5. How to Claim a Return or Replacement :

To request a return or replacement, please contact our customer support team at dodisindia@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at 9062322442 with your Order ID. A photo or video of the product may be required.

*  For your peace of mind, we suggest you record a video while unboxing the product. This way, you have a clear record in case you need to address any issues later.


6. Process of Replacement :

   Upon receiving your replacement request, our process will unfold as follows:

    • Confirmation: We will contact you to verify and confirm the details.
    • Pickup Scheduled: A pickup will be scheduled from your location through our courier partner. (chargeble see 3.2 point) , Alternatively, you can send the package directly to us on your own.
    • Pickup : The courier person will come to pick up the product, but if the conditions outlined in point 4 are not met, they may decline the pickup.
    • Verify: After we receive the returned product, we will verify it and get in touch with you which may take 48 hours.
    • New Product:  We will send you a brand new product to your address after resolving the issue. Alternatively, you can select a different product of the same value.



7. Refund :

A refund be needed under given below circumstances, we give you two flexible options. You can request the refund to be processed through the same payment method you used (which will take upto 3 business days), or if you prefer, we can issue gift card that can be used for your future purchases with us.

  1. Cancellation within 5 hours of placing the order: A full refund will be processed without any deductions.
  2. Cancellation after 5 hours but before generating the tracking ID: A refund will be issued with a deduction of ₹50, as specified in our cancellation policy.
  3. If replacement fails due to the item or selected color being out of stock: A full refund will be provided if you return the product via your own shipping method. If the return is handled through our pickup service, a refund will be issued after deducting the reserve pickup charge, as per our policy.
